Q LTD designs logo for the Center for Urban African American Health 16 Mar 2004
Q LTD provided identity development services, as a pro-bono project, for the Center for Urban African American Health at Wayne State University.
The primary research goals of the WSU-CUAAH are to understand how environment, lifestyle, physiology, and genetics affect chronic conditions in African Americans, and then work to teach ways to prevent these high levels of disease.
"This distinctive graphic identity created for the Center for Urban African American Health at Wayne State University communicates our commitment to improving the health status of the urban population of Detroit," says Dr. John M. Flack, Principal Investigator, Center for Urban African American Health.
"CUAAH will be making an important contribution to the city of Detroit and Wayne State University. The new identity will help increase the Center's visibility within the local and national health care research communities," explains Christine Golus, Creative Director at Q LTD.
