Strategic design consultancy Q LTD is pleased to announce the addition of Julie Tikekar as Director of Business Strategy.

"We are thrilled to have Julie join our team," said Scott Hauman, Q LTD Director of Planning. "Her diverse corporate experience, understanding of international business markets, and product development expertise will strengthen our strategic planning services at Q LTD."

Ms. Tikekar earned undergraduate degrees in French, Russian, and German at Louisiana State University and received an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands. Her professional experience includes various marketing and sales management positions with Brown-Forman International, E & J Gallo Winery, MEXX, Citibank, and Comerica.

Most recently, Ms. Tikekar was Product Marketing Manager at All Media Guide, spearheading new product positioning and launch efforts.

"Coming from a business management background, I understand the challenges of developing marketing solutions that produce results. I've always admired Q's design work, and am excited about bringing business strategy into focus to offer more effective solutions to our clients," Ms. Tikekar said.
