Contest Winners! Go Q Crew!

Its not bragging if its true.

Q is fun place to work. From the décor to the wall hangings to the open workspace environment to the smiling, super intelligent people who work here. This environment is an incubator for creative thought. So, when I saw one of my favorite new blogs, Think Vitamin, running a contest where a photo of a work environment that displays the most creative and fun setup would win, I immediately decided to enter.

Many people sent pictures of their desk and technology setup. And, while Q uses great technology and has a plethora of massively large computer monitors- that is not what makes Q fun or creative. So, Alissa and I huddled and came up with an idea to focus on the people. Alissa art directed a series of snapshots from around the office. Our apologies to our commander, but your snapshot didn't make the cut- however the images that did make the cut captured exactly what we wanted to depict. Alissa then made what I think was a contest-winning decision, to create an animated gif of the images.

On Saturday Q learned that we were selected as the contest winner. Through a series of four pictures Think Vitamin was able to identify Q as a creative marketing company.
